We have a sales@ email address that comes to a shared inbox. When individual members of the team respond to the emails that come to that inbox, we want the “From” field to show ONLY sales@, not the individual’s name or email address as an ‘on the behalf of’. How do I set that up?

My suggestion would be for users to disable the Reply with default channel toggle. This would ensure that, when composing a reply to a message within that shared inbox, the default sending channel would populate the sales@ email channel where these messages were sent to!
